1. Sponsor

The “This Is Cash” Social Bonus Offer is sponsored by ecoATM, LLC, 8525 Camino Santa Fe, Ste. H, San Diego, CA 92121 (“ecoATM” or “Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

2. Promotion Overview

ecoATM is offering an opportunity for participants to receive 25% bonus value on the sale of an eligible device at an ecoATM kiosk by sharing qualifying social media content and completing the verification process described below.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 2/16/2026 at 8 AM PT and ends on 3/15/2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). Posts made outside of this period are not eligible.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at time of participation
  • Have a valid, government-issued photo ID
  • Have a public and personal (not corporate or shared) Instagram
  • Own the device they are selling

5. How to Participate

To qualify for the 25% bonus:

Step 1: Create Social Content

During the Promotion Period, participant must post:

  • A selfie featuring their used phone on Instagram (posted to feed or stories)
  • Tag and follow @ecoATM
  • Including the designated campaign hashtag: #ThisIsCash

Post must be public and remain live through the time of verification. If post meets criteria, participant will receive a unique bonus verification code via Instagram DM.

Step 2: Sell Your Device

Participant must bring their device to an ecoATM kiosk and enter the issued verification code during the transaction to receive the bonus value.

6. Bonus Offer Details

  • Approved participants will receive 25% additional value based on the final offer generated by an ecoATM kiosk at time of transaction.
  • Bonus has no cash value outside of an ecoATM transaction.
  • Codes will expire on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 11:59PM PT.

7. Content Requirements

Content must:

  • Clearly show a used phone
  • Be original and created by the participant, and participant must be the personal owner of the Instagram account
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, disparaging, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Not include other people without their permission
  • Not contain material which infringes on the rights of third parties
  • Not promote alcohol, drugs, firearms, or political messages
  • Not include (except incidentally, as judged by Sponsor) logos, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned by others

ecoATM reserves the right to disqualify any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply.

8. Rights to Content

By participating, participant grants ecoATM a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, repost, publish, edit, and display submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

Further, by participating, you hereby grant to ecoATM, and each of our respective direct and indirect successors, licensees, and assigns, the right to use your name, image, likeness, and identifying information in connection with the “This Is Cash” Social Bonus Offer in perpetuity. You waive the right to inspect or approve any such use.

9. Device Eligibility

Not all devices qualify for sale or for bonus value. Device condition, model, market value, and kiosk acceptance criteria apply. ecoATM reserves the right to refuse any device.

10. Fraud and Abuse

ecoATM may void codes or disqualify participants for:

  • Multiple accounts
  • Reused, stolen, or non-owned devices
  • Manipulated content
  • Attempted gaming of the system

ecoATM’s decisions are final.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with ecoATM’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ecoatm.com/pages/privacy-policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion.

  • Technical failures
  • Social platform outages
  • Lost, late, or misdirected submissions

13. General Conditions

ecoATM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

14. Choice of Law

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and governed by the laws of the State of California.
