ecoATM Summer Giveaway Official Rules

The Summer Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of ecoATM, LLC ("Sponsor"), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

The Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on June 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on June 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) ("Promotion Period"). Entries made outside of this period are not eligible.

During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter via Instagram by completing the following steps on either of the designated ecoATM giveaway posts:

Each comment tagging three (3) unique friends counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story for one (1) additional entry.

Entrants must have a public and personal (not corporate or shared) Instagram account during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Internet access and an Instagram account are required. One (1) winner will receive a Summer prize package including:

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): ~$647

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place on or about June 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT.

The winner will be notified via direct message from the official @ecoATM Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours. If the selected winner does not respond in time or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to provide proof of identification (e.g., government-issued ID) to claim the prize.

After the winner is validated, the winner can be viewed in the pinned Instagram comment of the corresponding day and at www.ecoatm.com/pages/summergiveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is inconsistent with brand values. Entries will not be judged.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or malfunctions beyond its control.

All taxes and expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant's name, image, likeness, and entry content (or derivatives thereof) for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation. Participation also constitutes a waiver of all ownership rights to entry content for the purposes of the Promotion.

As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California or the appropriate California state court; (2) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
