Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The ecoATM 12 Days of eco-Magic (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) and located in the Territory at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of ecoATM, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

Other eligibility conditions are outlined below in these Official Rules.

The Promotion is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins around 6:00 a.m. PST on December 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 29, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Number of Winners

Twelve (12) total winners will be selected — one (1) winner per day.

Daily Winners

There will be one (1) winner selected for each of the twelve (12) days of the ecoATM 12 Days of eco-Magic Sweepstakes (twelve winners total).

Entrants may participate on any day(s) of the Promotion Period. All daily giveaway posts will remain open for entry through 11:59 p.m. PST on December 29, 2025, and all twelve (12) winners will be selected in one random drawing conducted on or about December 30, 2025, from among all eligible entries received for each corresponding day.

Entries do not roll over between days. Entries submitted on a given day’s Instagram or Facebook post will only be considered for the prize associated with that specific day. Each day’s winner will be selected only from the entries received on that day’s post. No winners will be selected prior to the close of the Promotion Period.

How to Enter (Instagram or Facebook Entry)

During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter via Instagram or Facebook by completing the steps listed below on the corresponding day’s post. Completing the steps on Instagram or Facebook will count as one (1) entry for that day’s prize (entries do not carry over to other days).

During the Promotion Period:

Each comment tagging three (3) unique friends counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of eligible entries.

Your account (Instagram or Facebook, whichever is used for entry) must be public and personal (not corporate or shared) during the Promotion Period. Internet access and an Instagram or Facebook account are required; no purchase necessary to create an account. Conditions of Submission

Entries must:

• Be original content created solely by the entrant, and the entrant must be the personal owner of the Instagram account used to submit the entry.
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, disparaging, or illegal
• Not contain material or material which infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Not promote alcohol, drugs, firearms, or political messages.
• Not include private or personal information about others without permission.
• Not include (except incidentally, as judged by Sponsor) logos, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned by others.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, in violation (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) of the Official Rules or Instagram’s terms, off-topic, or inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand values. Entries will not be judged.

We will select one (1) winner per day during the 12 Days of eco-Magic Giveaway. Each day features a unique partner and a unique prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor. Sponsor expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Winner Selection & Notification

On or about December 29, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select twelve (12) total winners, consisting of one (1) winner for each of the twelve (12) daily giveaways, from the eligible entries received for each day.

The 12 winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook from the official @ecoATM account. Each winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and may be required to provide proof of identification (e.g., government-issued photo identification) and complete a liability/publicity release, IRS Form W-9, and/or other U.S. tax forms (if applicable) before receiving the prize.

If the any potential winner does not respond in time or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

After the winner(s) are validated, the list of winners can be viewed in the pinned Instagram comment of the corresponding day and at www.ecoatm.com/pages/12days.

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or malfunctions beyond its control.

All taxes and expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, image, likeness, and entry content (or derivatives thereof) for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation. Participation also constitutes a waiver of all ownership rights to the entry and its content (including any intellectual property rights created therein) and assignment of said ownership rights to Sponsor for use by Sponsor for any purpose without any payment to entrant. Sponsor’s publication of an entrant’s Instagram post is not an indication that said Entrant has won a prize or that the post qualifies for entry in the Promotion. Participation also constitutes an agreement that entrant will not be compensated in any way for creating the entry content or for assigning the ownership rights of said entry content to Sponsor, either financial or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

Choice of Law

As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments
