How It Works

The ecoATM is an automated, consumer self-serve kiosk that quickly evaluates and buys back used consumer electronics directly from consumers for cash. The process takes just a few minutes to complete.

The ecoATM - Easy as 1, 2, 3

STEP 1: Place your mobile device in the ecoATM test station.
STEP 2: The ecoATM will examine your device and then search for the highest price we can find in the worldwide market.
STEP 3: If you agree to sell it, you will receive cash on the spot.

Can I get my device back?
You can get your device back at anytime during the process up until you explicitly confirm the final sale and price. Your device will not be harmed in the process nor will any personal data on the device be accessed.

Personal information required from sellers
All sellers are also asked to volunteer some basic personal information during the process (Driver’s License and electronic thumbprint) in order to help ecoATM and law-enforcement deter fencing of stolen items or fraud. This personal information is required by State or local laws. ecoATM guards your privacy and safely encrypts all personal data.

By recycling your old electronics you are helping ecoATM make our environment cleaner, and by volunteering some basic personal information for each sale you help make our environment safer.
