Jeff Thacker (General Counsel) has corporate and securities law practice with a focus on public offerings, private placements, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Has represented a variety of start-up and emerging growth companies, and has extensive experience representing technology companies, particularly in the medical device, software and information systems sectors.  Received a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

John Palmer (carrier retailers) is President-Franchise Development for GoWireless, the largest owner/operator of Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer stores. Palmer previously worked for Verizon for 30 years, most recently serving as President-Southern California Region for Verizon Wireless, where he lead over 3,000 employees and  was responsible for overall sales, marketing, operations and financial performance of that region.

Bill Walton brings years of experience in broadcasting, marketing, and public relations and is a passionate spokesman on innovation and entreprenuership. More recently Bill has become increasingly involved in the San Diego venture and start-up communities through his role at CONNECT. Bill is a great addition to ecoATM the team.
